Our recent discussion pertaining to your transfer referred.
As we are aware, this coming April (15th April) is your 5th year service as Sabah Branch Manager. The Management has decided to bring you back to Peninsular and sent a new candidate for your replacement.
In view of this replacement, kindly prepare a comprehensive training schedule/visit for a new candidate to familiarized with all the system and enviroment over there. This may take either one or two week for him to be with you to tour the whole Sabah state including visit ASC’s and Lo’s/users. Again, we would like to know what is the suitable time for the management to bring you back as we are considering on your newly born twin babies, before we make a firm decision for you to fly back to Peninsular Malaysia.
If you think, more time are needed for you to finalized everything, pls feel free to discuss with me or En.Mubarak
